1. PRE-DIAGNOSIS AND ESTIMATEOnce the form, has been filled in, you will receive, immediately, - to the personal e-mail address you give us - a pre-diagnosis based on the information supplied. This document will be accompanied by a detailed cost estimate, and will not involve any obligation on your part. |

2. APPOINTMENT FOR THE FIRST VISITIN EUGIN THERE ARE NO WAITING LISTS. Once the questionnaire has been filled in, in the private area area that you can access on our website, you can request an appointment for the first of the two visits that you will have to make to Barcelona. To get ready for this first visit we will ask you to carry out a series of tests in your home which will serve to confirm your diagnosis. |

3. THE FIRST VISITYou must attend this first visit with your partner*. During this interview with the doctor, we will confirm your diagnosis and provide you with all the necessary information in order to start your treatment immediately. This visit will only require your presence in EUGIN for a few hours, allowing you to programme your trip as best suits you. FOR YOUR COMFORT, AND BECAUSE WE KNOW HOW IMPORTANT IT IS FOR YOU TO BE ABLE TO EXPRESS YOURSELF IN YOUR OWN LANGUAGE, OUR DOCTORS SPEAK SPANISH, CATALAN, FRENCH, ENGLISH, ITALIAN AND GERMAN. 4. PREPARATIONOnce you are back home, everything will be ready for you to start your preparation. From Eugin we will closely monitor you, and we will tell you what to do at each stage by e-mail or telephone. AT EUGIN WE WORK EVERY DAY OF THE YEAR SO WE ADAPT TO YOUR TREATMENT AND NOT THE OTHER WAY ROUND. |

5. THE SECOND VISITFrom the time of starting the treatment, and for approximately a month we will monitor the evolution of your treatment. At this time, and with TWO OR THREE days notice, we will be in a position to confirm the exact date of your second visit to Barcelona to finish the process. This time it is recommendable, but not absolutely necessary, for you to come with your partner*. Once the insemination or transfer has been carried out, you will be able to leave, on foot, after a few hours and continue with your normal life. |

6. POST-TREATMENT MONITORINGFrom this moment, nature will follow its course and we will monitor your evolution, helping with anything necessary. |
