Right from the beginning the Clínica EUGIN has wanted to be recognised as an organisation using process management and effective protocols, efficient resources and as having satisfied customers. Our organisation is also a reference point in the sector for being the first assisted reproduction clinic to implant an integrated quality, environmental and work safety management system. The international company TÜV certified the Eugin Quality Management System in the year 2005, according to the ISO 9001:2000 regulation and at the beginning of 2008 we obtained the certification for our environmental management system according to the ISO 14001:2004 regulation and the certification of a work health and safety system according to the OHSAS 18001:2007 regulation. These certificates cover all the processes which make possible the development of Assisted Reproduction Techniques and the obstetric and gynaecological follow-up.
